Qualifications

• Ability to address individuals and information with confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Capacity to collaborate with physicians and other care providers in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the cardiovascular operating room as part of the surgical team.
• Obtain patient history, perform assessments, and order/interpret tests.
• Provide direct treatment and management under prescriptive authority.
• Counsel patients and families on health conditions and options.
• Document care per policy and participate in staff education.
