StaffMED Health Partners, LLC in Georgia invites a cardiothoracic surgeon to join a premier hospital-employed program on the Southeast coast. You’ll operate in state-of-the-art hybrid ORs with a full spectrum of adult cardiac procedures, in a collaborative Heart & Vascular team environment.

Candidates should be board certified/eligible, with fellowship training and Georgia licensure eligibility. The role offers a strong referral network, competitive compensation, and ample opportunities for

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Completion of a cardiothoracic fellowship.
• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Practice full spectrum adult cardiac surgery including CABG and valve procedures.
• Collaborate with Heart & Vascular team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality initiatives and multidisciplinary cardiovascular programs.
• Provide patient-centered care in a high-volume, modern surgical setting.

Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Southeast Coastal Opportunity

Position Highlights

• Join a premier, hospital-employed Cardiothoracic Surgery program in Southern Major Metro
• Full-time opportunity with an established referral network and immediate surgical volume
• Practice the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve surgery, thoracic procedures, and minimally invasive techniques
• State-of-the-art hybrid operating rooms, CVICU, and advanced cardiovascular technology
• Collaborate with an experienced Heart & Vascular team including Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Advanced Practice Providers
• Dedicated CVOR staff, APP support, and strong hospital leadership committed to program growth
• Opportunity to participate in quality initiatives, structural heart program development, and multidisciplinary cardiovascular care

Qualified Candidates

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery required
• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
• Experience with adult cardiac surgery, CABG, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic procedures
• Minimally invasive and robotic surgery experience preferred
