HCA HealthOne Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery Specialists (CTSS) in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced cardiovascular surgery Physician Assistant to join a busy team providing high-quality patient care.

The role includes open and endoscopic vein harvest, sternal procedures, and serving as first and second assistant. You will coordinate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary team members, participate in on-call coverage, and contribute to program growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA certification required.
• Surgical experience in open and endoscopic vein harvest.
• First and second assist in cardiothoracic procedures.
• Coordinator between attending physicians and team members.
• Establish relations with key service lines involved in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first and second assistant in cardiothoracic procedures.
• Coordinate between attending physicians and the surgical team.
• Support call coverage and shared patient care responsibilities.
