Carle Health is seeking a skilled advanced practice nurse to join a centralized cardiology team in central Illinois. You will round on inpatients and assess outpatients pre- and post-surgery, coordinating care with Epic EMR.

The role offers a typical M-F schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 1 in 2 weekends and shared holidays, in a fully integrated health system with multiple sites.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Nursing with Acute Care (ACNP).
• Board Certified AGNP, AGACNP, or Adult CNS; Board Eligible considered.
• 2 years' experience preferred in Cardiovascular or ICU.

Responsabilidades

• Rounding on inpatients, pre- and post-surgery.
• Assess patients in outpatient clinic pre- and post-surgery.
• Typically M-F, 8:00a-5:00p; 1 in 2 weekends; shared holidays.
• Operate within Epic EMR for care coordination.
