This full-time opportunity features a competitive base salary, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, and a $100,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon required.
• Experience in cardiac and thoracic surgery preferred.
• Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac and thoracic surgeries as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to vascular cases when needed and collaborate with cardiology and anesthesia teams.

Join a dynamic, well-established cardiovascular practice as a board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon. This role offers a collaborative environment with a highly skilled team, advanced facilities, and a broad catchment area. The position features amix of cardiac, thoracic, and optional vascular care, supported by experienced physicians and advanced practitioners.

Position Highlights:

• Competitive annual base salary of $1,000,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 retention bonus
• Mix of cardiac, thoracic, and option for vascular surgery
• Team includes multiple cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and surgeons
• Over 30 advanced practitioners for inpatient and outpatient support
• Modern facilities: 12 ORs (2 dedicated to cardiac), 2 hybrid rooms, 2 Da Vinci robots
• Robust procedural volumes: 500+ surgeries annually, 3,200+ cath lab procedures, 11,000+ EP lab procedures
• 90 days of call annually with APPs taking first call
• Minimal clinic responsibilities- 4+ days of OR time available weekly
• Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, life, CME allowance, retirement plans with employer match, relocation assistance of $22,500
• Resident stipend available
• 188 working days per year is considered full-time
