Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain one.
• US ACGME residency training.
• Ability to complete Intermountain credentialing process.
• Interest in supporting Structural Heart/TAVR procedures.
