Job summary

StaffMED Health Partners, LLC in East Tennessee seeks an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join an established cardiovascular team. Board-certified/eligible with strong thoracic capabilities is desired to advance an STS-rated program.

The position offers a Medical Director/leadership opportunity, a 1:3 call schedule, and a comprehensive cardiovascular service line with collaboration across advanced heart failure, interventional cardiology, and imaging.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• 3+ years of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required.
• Thoracic surgery experience required.
• Current and historical STS data and surgical case logs required.
• Leadership interest strongly preferred.
