Job summary

Ballad Health CVA Heart Institute in Kingsport, Tennessee, seeks an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a nationally recognized, high-volume cardiovascular program. You will work with three established surgeons and a multidisciplinary Heart Team to deliver advanced cardiac and thoracic surgery.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in thoracic surgery.
• Minimum 5 years of cardiothoracic surgical experience preferred.
• Expertise in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.
• Interest in minimally invasive valve surgery and structural heart procedures.

Responsibilities

• Join experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons and Physician Assistants.
• Provide high-volume adult cardiac and thoracic surgical care.
• Collaborate with an integrated Heart Team across subspecialties.
• Engage in academic teaching and research opportunities.
