Qualifications

• Active PA license or IMLC/LOQ in hand.
• No malpractice settlement over $500K.
• No more than 3 malpractice settlements (exceptions for cases 20 years old).
• Board Certification in Cardiac Surgery required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for surgical patients aged 18+; manage urgent surgeries.
• Schedule includes 24-hour call from Friday noon to Monday morning.
• Utilize EPIC for medical records and coordination of care.
• Coordinate patient transitions from cath lab to surgery as needed.
