HCA Florida Citrus Hospital in Inverness, FL is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the Heart, Lung and Vascular Center. The scope includes all aspects of adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, such as CABG, minimal invasive valve surgery, and comprehensive structural heart procedures.

Qualified candidates will have expertise in robotic techniques (da Vinci Xi) and a strong interest in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Experience with adult cardiac, thoracic, structural heart and minimally invasive robotic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise adult cardiothoracic and vascular procedures.
• Lead complex cases including CABG, valve surgery, and structural heart interventions.
• Utilize robotic platforms for thoracic and lung surgeries as appropriate.

HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, providing the highest level of surgical care at the hospital’s Heart, Lung and Vascular Center. The scope of practice for this position includes all aspects of adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery:

• Coronary artery bypass surgery
• Minimal invasive valvesurgery
• Comprehensive Structural Heart including TAVR, TriClip, MitraClip(TEER) and MViV
• Broad spectrum of minimally invasive lung surgeries utilizing VATS and da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Surgeon with experience and interest in adult cardiac, thoracic, structural heart and minimal invasive robotic surgical techniques
