Qualifications

• Licensed RN or APRN in Florida.
• BLS certification required from recognized authority.
• New to practice RNs enter RN Residency Program.
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care per standards.
• Provides direct patient care and teaches/mentors.
• Participates in shared decision making and quality improvement.
• Coordinates care delivery and collaborates with inter-professional team.
• Ensures ethical practice and uses evidence-based care.
