Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine’s Department of Radiology seeks a full-time Cardiothoracic Radiologist with ABR board certification and expertise in chest and cardiac imaging, including Cardiac CT. Fellowship in Cardiothoracic imaging preferred; mid-career with Cardiac CT experience will be considered.

The role involves teaching and mentorship across residents and fellows, active involvement in multidisciplinary tumor boards, and collaboration across seven outpatient and three hospital sites.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in radiology.
• Expertise in chest and cardiac imaging including Cardiac CT.
• Fellowship in Cardiothoracic imaging preferred; mid-career with Cardiac CT experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach, mentor and supervise radiology residents, fellows and medical students.
• Engage in routine patient and referrer communication, including tumor boards.
• Hybrid position with on-site duties at multiple hospital sites; remote work possible for seasoned radiologists.
• Experience across Chest modalities (XR, CT, MRI, PET/CT) and cardiac imaging; moonlighting opportunities available.
• No interventional procedures performed by the group.
