Radiologist – Cardiothoracic Division

Progressive Physician Associates (PPA) is a large interdisciplinary private practice group of over 100 providers that includes Diagnostic Radiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons and Advanced Practitioners. We are the exclusive service provider for St. Luke’s University Health Network (SLUHN) in Lehigh Valley, PA. We are proud to partner with SLUHN to support their Radiology Residency Program.

Our Network: SLUHN, is a growing regional/tertiary network of 13 hospitals, specialty clinics and imaging centers serving the Lehigh Valley community in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey. We are an Academic institution with extensive residency and fellowship programs as well as a Medical School. As a GE show site, the network offers state of the art, standardized equipment across network hospitals and imaging sites, as well as a unified PACS system.

We are seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist with an opportunity to be a member of the core faculty in the Cardiothoracic Section of the Radiology Residency. Commitment to provide excellent clinical care, teaching, and participate in scholarly activity. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to building a strong academic career with excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research. The candidate will provide outstanding teaching to medical students, medical and radiology residents, and clinical fellows, focused on thoracic and cardiovascular imaging. Clinical duties will include all aspects of cardiovascular and thoracic radiology including cardiovascular MRI and CT, chest CT including lung cancer screening and chest radiography. Reading of non‑cardiothoracic studies encouraged.

Qualifications

• ABR certification, medical licensure/eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
