Palm Health Resources is seeking an experienced cardiothoracic physician assistant in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers high autonomy in the cardiac surgery OR, with responsibilities across ICU and perioperative care.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in cardiac surgery first assisting and endoscopic vein harvesting. The schedule is 4 ten-hour days per week with minimal weekend rounding; generous benefits, sign-on bonus, and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting.
• Strong autonomy in the operating room and perioperative care.

Responsibilities

• First assist in the cardiac surgery OR.
• Provide continuum of ICU and perioperative care (pre- and post-op).
• Coordinate rounding and first assisting duties; expect one weekend per month.
• Demonstrate excellent intraoperative decision-making and teamwork.

Palm Health Resources, We are hiring an experienced cardiothoracic physician assistant in Beautiful Phoenix, Arizona!

Come join our team in one of the most desirable, beautiful cities in the nation! The Physician Assistant will have a heavily autonomy role in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Room primarily first assisting, but will do a full continuum of care role in the ICU, pre and post op as well. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Surgery First Assisting and Endoscopic Vein Harvesting Experience. 4 10s per week with only one weekend of rounding/first assisting per month! Excellent Quality of Life! 850 Heart Surgeries Annually!
