Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is staffing a Locums NP for Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery in Indiana. The assignment offers $100–$130 per hour for onsite coverage with a schedule that includes Mon–Fri 7am–7pm, 7 on/7 off, overnight 7pm–7am, and weekend 24-hour shifts with onsite hours.

Candidates need Cardiothoracic NP/PA experience and EVH experience (about 500 cases for PAs). Training of new APPs on EVH procedures is included. Weatherby provides housing and travel support.

Qualifications

• Cardiothoracic NP/PA experience required.
• EVH experience required — approx. 500 cases over 10 years for PAs.
• In-house call — 1:3 ratio; includes ER consults and transfers.
• Fort Wayne, IN; Mon–Fri onsite 7am–7pm; 7 on/7 off; overnight shifts 7pm–7am; weekend 24-hr with ~4 hrs onsite starting 6am.
