Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Cardiothoracic Clinical APP (NP or PA) for an inpatient CT surgery position. The role follows a Thursday–Sunday rotation, 7 am to 5 pm, with weekend option days, at The Christ Hospital Main campus.

The appointee will see CT surgery consults and round on pre- and post-operative patients; new grads welcome. Competitive salary, CME, PTO, with a collaborative surgical team not overseeing ICU care.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure and certification.
• NP must hold Acute Care, Adult, or Family NP certification and Ohio license; First Assist certification.
• PA must have Master’s degree, NCCPA certification, and Ohio prescriber license.

Responsibilities

• See CT surgery consults and round on inpatient CT surgery patients.
• Admit preoperative patients and discharge postoperative patients.
• Document daily progress notes and wound care; perform simple I&D and chest tube care when needed.
