Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO, invites applications for a full-time ICU RN role in a high-acuity cardiothoracic environment. The position features day and night rotation, a 72-hour pay period, and on-site responsibilities with no hybrid option.

Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, possesses an RN license in the state, and has at least 6 months of RN experience with current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state board approved Nursing program if <3 years experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 6 months nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross; card valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Precept new staff and welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Support safety and quality at the point of care.
