Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and APPs to identify, develop, and implement quality assurance initiatives with the aim to improve patient outcomes, maximize patient satisfaction, and streamline department processes.
Contributes to the development of APP training curriculum, coordinates training sessions, maintains training documentation.
Participates in department clinical research.
Screens for potential subjects, consent, randomize, and complete follow-up visits in electronic case report forms.
Provides continuity of care in outpatient clinics pre- and post-operatively.
Develops and maintains policies, standards, and processes pertaining to patient care.
