Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiothoracic Critical Care Team at Dearborn Hospital. The APP will manage perioperative care in the Cardiac Surgical ICU, including ventilators, sedation, hemodynamics, and diagnostics, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

This full-time, night-shift role requires 1–3 years of CVICU AP experience if possible. Michigan license and BLS are required; relocation support is available and benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or a Master's in Physician Assistant studies is required.
• 1–3 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience in a CVICU setting is preferred.
• Michigan NP/PA license is required; BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in the Cardiothoracic Critical Care Team.
• Manage perioperative care in the Cardiac Surgical ICU, including ventilators, sedation, hemodynamics, and diagnostics.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and participate in Quality and Process Improvement initiatives.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in daily rounds to ensure high-quality patient care.
