Job summary

Northwell Health’s Department of Radiology seeks Cardiothoracic Radiologists to join the team. There is no weekend or evening call, with in-person, hybrid and remote options available.

The Cardiothoracic division covers imaging in CAD, heart disease, cardiomyopathies, and lung diseases and offers academic appointments and research opportunities. Positions include participation in multidisciplinary conferences and potential appointments at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and Feinstein

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board Certified or BE/BC in Radiology.
• Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship preferred; willingness to train considered.

Job description

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is growing and actively seeking Cardiothoracic Radiologists to join our team. There is No Weekend or Evening Call, with in-person, hybrid and remote options available.

Our Cardiothoracic division is involved in imaging of coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, cardiomyopathies, lung cancer screening, occupational diseases, and interstitial lung diseases. The Cardiothoracic division hosts several multidisciplinary clinical conferences and tumor boards. Opportunities in academics include an appointment at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and research at Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Radiology

• Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship preferred; candidates with equivalent experience or willingness to train are welcome to apply

• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York
