Job summary

Regions Hospital seeks an experienced healthcare leader to guide our Cardiopulmonary Rehab team across multiple locations in Saint Paul, MN. You will drive patient-centered, high-quality cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services while ensuring operational excellence and consistent care delivery.

The role requires engaging leadership, staff development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, nursing, occupational therapy or physical therapy.
• Five years experience with four years in cardiac/pulmonary rehab or related care.
• If RN/PT/OT, MN and WI state licensure required.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, coordinate and supervise Cardiopulmonary Rehab staff.
• Staff designated Cardiac Stress Testing and Cardiac Monitoring programs.
• Establish, maintain and evaluate standards of care; staff development.
• Involve in research projects and other duties as assigned.
