Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a Cardiology Technician to support cardiac testing and monitoring across neonatal to geriatric patients. You will schedule and assist with EKGs, treadmill, ergometer, Holter, nuclear studies, and signal averaging. BLS and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; one year of experience and related certifications are preferred.

Shift: 6p–6:30a. This role demands attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced hospital

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or post-secondary education is required.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assist with EKGs, treadmill, arm and bicycle ergometer, nuclear studies, Holter monitoring, signal averaging, and personal wellness profiles for diagnostic cardiac evaluation.
• Patient type includes neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatrics.
