Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) in Lincoln, NE to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and document all phases of the nursing process.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and stability, applying critical thinking and a patient-first mindset in a fast-paced, non-profit CHI facility. Sign-on bonus and education assistance are included for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program
• Registered Nurse: NE
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 5 months

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) with ongoing documentation in patient records.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate acute critical thinking, a patient-first mindset, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide education and discharge planning as part of care coordination.
