Qualifications

• 1 year recent experience in cardiovascular nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program with current BRN requirements.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in California with BLS and ACLS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of RN scope of practice and professional standards.

Responsabilités

• Performs continuous assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural and cognitive status.
• Formulates a goal-directed plan of care.
• Implements care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner.
• Establishes priorities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Provides patient/family education and advocates for patient rights.
• Maintains safe practice and follows protocols; documents events and uses EMR effectively.
• Collaborates with health care team and participates in Performance Improvement activities.
