Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Transformational Leadership and full team partnership on the care team.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and smooth transitions.
• Applies the nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial and patient/family needs.
• Demonstrates initiative to improve clinical practice within the specialty area.
