Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse RN to deliver patient care under the direction of a health care provider in Peoria, IL. Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days (AHA) and active RN license with IDFPR.
• Education: College Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under supervision to promote safety and well-being.
• Assist providers and staff with preparing patients for examinations and minor procedures.
• Perform basic clinical skills and specimen collection as needed.
• Administer vaccines and medications per protocols.
• Document care and maintain EHR accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate referrals and lab tests as required by the provider.
• Support nursing duties and supervise delegated tasks under protocols.
