LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while promoting patient- and family-centered care and safety.

The role requires collaboration with an interprofessional team and clear communication of care plans across the continuum. Qualifications include an active RN license; BLS and ACLS are preferred, with extensive EKG certifications desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and extensive EKG certifications desirable.
• Critical assessment, communication, patient education, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit.
• Perform assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, education, and safety.
