Job summary

Ascension Medical Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology department. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to support safe, effective discharge planning.

The role is full-time, dayshift, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p. Requires OK RN licensure and BLS, with opportunities for professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
