Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cardiology department in Tulsa, OK. This full-time, dayshift position requires ensuring all pre-procedures are completed and uploaded, and includes obtaining TruePlan CTs and evaluating CHA2DS2-VASc and HAS-BLED scores for Watchman candidates.

Qualifikationen

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for ensuring all pre-procedures have been performed and uploaded.
• Obtain and upload TruePlan CTs.
• Evaluate charts of potential Watchman patients to assess their CHA2DS2-VASc and HAS-BLED scores.
• Ensure patient follow-ups and testing are ordered and completed.
