Qualifications

• Working-level knowledge of English; medical terminology required.
• Three (3) years experience in the health care field preferred.
• Certifications preferred: CCMA, CMAC, CMA, NCCT, NRCMA, NHA/AMCA/AAMA/AMT/NREMT or NV EMT.

Responsibilities

• Schedule/enroll patients for cardiac remote monitoring systems.
• Meet report turnaround requirements and prepare reports for completed monitors.
• Maintain home monitor requests and inventory of remote monitor supplies.
• Handle scans, downloads, and printing of daily remote monitor tests.
• Know approved insurances to answer provider/patient inquiries.
• Make/receive calls and file information into patient charts as permanent records.
• Train support staff on proper monitor application.
