Responsibilities

• Secures a complete health history and records findings.
• Performs exams, diagnostic tests, and procedures within scope.
• Provides patient education and medication information.
• Documents care plans and chart reviews in the EMR.
• Coordinates with supervising physician and clinic staff.
• Participates in quality improvement and care coordination.
