Responsibilities

• Secures a complete health history including obstetric, gynecologic, contraceptive, medical, surgical and psychosocial aspects.
• Performs general examinations, diagnostic tests, and specialized procedures as indicated.
• Provides services within the scope of training and delivers patient education.
• Charts all information in the EMR and maintains documentation per quality standards.
• Consults with supervising physician as needed and follows NP/PA protocols.
• Coordinates clinic coverage and participates in team-based care.
