Job Title: Locum - Physician - Cardiology Summary:
Join a dedicated team at a top-tier facility in Phoenix, Arizona, where you will provide cardiology coverage starting June 1, 2025. This position involves rounding on hospital patients at St. Joseph s and assisting with consults, primarily during weekdays, alongside weekend call duties. Job Responsibilities:

• M-F: Round on hospital patients and manage consults to support the existing team.
• Weekend: Cover inpatient rounds and assist with new calls/consults during Saturdays and Sundays.
• Provide interventional cardiology services, including required procedures such as Left Heart Catheterizations.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and management.
• Work collaboratively with support staff including fellows and advanced practice providers (APPs).

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology.
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology procedures.
• Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC.
• ACLS certification.
• DEA certification.
• Clean malpractice record preferred.
