Direct from Training: $600,000 / year plus productivity incentive bonus plan. Forgivable loan for educational debt considered.
With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $600,000 - $650,000 / year plus productivity incentive bonus plan.

Situation: Physician Services is a 150+ provider, two multi-specialty group affiliated with the not-for-profit Health System, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population region in West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The System operates a premier Hospital, a 307-bed regional referral center. The group seeks to expand its Cardiology Department by adding physicians at its clinic in a select city in Northeastern MO. Sub-specialty support is available in virtually every field. Lab, x-ray, MRI, and extremity CT are present in the clinic's diagnostic center. Board Certification is expected of all physicians. Base salary aligns with the MGMA median, with a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production measured by WRVUs. The hospital was named one of 2011's 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare magazine and ranks among the nation's top eight percent Most Wired hospitals.
Community: The hospital is located in Illinois just across the MO/IL border, in a city with a population of 45,000, situated on high limestone bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River.
