Chesterton

• Position: Full Time
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time
• Employment Type: Employed
• Patient Volume: Outpatient: 16 - 20 patients per day; Rounding: 10 - 15 patients per day
• Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation evenings and weekends
• Compensation: Competitive salary with a 2-year guarantee; bonus incentives

• Biweekly schedule: 3 days in Chesterton / 2 days in Michigan City
• 3 days in LaPorte / 2 days in Michigan City
