Opportunity

This Cardiology Group provides services to a single hospital. They are seeking a General, Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join their large, robust team. The group practices all facets of General Cardiology and is considered the premier group in the region.

The current team includes:

• 5 Interventional Cardiologists
• 8 Non-invasive/imaging Cardiologists
• 4 Electrophysiologists
• 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons
• 11 Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physicians
• 1 Vascular Surgeon

The group was formed in the late 1980s by merging two prominent physician groups. It is active in research and education, owning and operating a well-developed, independent clinical research institute that has participated in over 100 clinical trials in the past decade and is involved in multiple new device and pharmaceutical studies.

The physicians also serve as faculty at Florida State University (FSU) College of Medicine and as preceptors with FSU's Internal Medicine Program and the hospital's Family Medicine Residency Program.
