Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology/Progressive Care Unit. This 198-bed facility serves patients across New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah in a high-acuity cardiovascular environment.

You will provide specialized nursing care for STEMI, Non-STEMI, post-catheterization patients, and those with complex cardiac conditions. Strong assessment and clinical decision-making are essential in this fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current RN license.
• 1 year IMC or Cardiology nursing experience required.
• Two years of IMC or Cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in Cardiology and Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and notice changes in patient condition.
• Care for patients post-cardiac catheterization.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support safety initiatives and evidence-based nursing practices.
