Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Patient Care Tech II – Advanced Heart Failure, Intermediate ICU. You will provide direct bedside care to patients and support daily clinical operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, PCT or CNA or EMT certification, and at least two years of nursing assistant or healthcare experience. AHA BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• PCT or CNA or EMT certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing assistant or healthcare experience required.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct bedside care to patients.
• Maintains appropriate documentation on all assigned patients, including flow sheets.
• Assists physicians with examinations and tests as needed.
• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collection responsibilities.
• Supports respiratory and rehabilitation services as needed.
