Job summary

The Great Falls Clinic | Great Falls Hospital in Great Falls, Montana seeks an experienced Cardiology NP/PA to join our patient-centered cardiology program. This full‑time role features a Monday–Friday schedule (0800–1700) with no on-call obligations and a diverse mix of clinic and hospital rounds to support growth of cardiovascular services in the region.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in cardiology, an active Montana PA/NP license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Cardiology.
• Current Montana PA or NP license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Patient-centered, autonomous yet collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiology care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with cardiology physicians and surgeons.
• Participate in patient-centered care and care coordination.

The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an experienced Cardiology NP/PA to join our expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established Cardiology program while contributing to continued growth of healthcare services in the region.

• Experienced physician on staff including one cardiac surgeon, with a 2nd surgeon starting soon, one vascular surgeon, two interventional cardiologists and one non-invasive cardiologist.
• Full-time, M-F 0800-1700
• No call

• Large internal referral center and ability to build on existing patient base
• Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house
• 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post=procedure care unit
• 5 ORs+ 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
• Busy 8 Bed ED with highly experienced staff
• Hospitalist support and dedicated nocturnists
• Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care
• State of the art facility and diagnostics

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive, transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).
