Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Care Team RN to join the Cardiology Outpatient Practice, with focus on Pericardial and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy clinics. The role includes face-to-face and non-face-to-face patient interactions, direct nursing care, pre-visit prep and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN license.
• One year of RN experience required.
• New graduate pathway and TN sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Cardiology Outpatient and pericardial/HCM clinics.
• Pre-visit preparation, direct patient care, and patient education.
• Coordinate care with providers and care team; contribute to transitions of care.
• Lead quality improvement and mentorship roles as needed.
• Adhere to Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
