The Mayo Clinic Rochester Cardiology Outpatient Practice is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support Pericardial and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy clinics. The RN will perform pre-visit preparation, direct patient care, and patient/family education across the care continuum.

In this role, you will collaborate with providers and Care Team members, lead nursing processes within the Mayo Nursing Care Model, and contribute to quality improvement and mentorship activities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience supporting cardiology or outpatient clinics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate direct patient care in cardiology outpatient clinics and transitions of care.
• Provide patient and family education and support prior to visits and after procedures.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure quality and continuity of care.
