Responsabilidades

• Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Delegates nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Lead and participate in process improvements to support clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• As an HRO, maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in job duties.
