Duly Health and Care is seeking a Nursing Leader for the Cardiology site in the United States. You will direct nursing services, provide clinical leadership, manage staff schedules, and ensure confidentiality and OSHA compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• RN license required; CPR certified.
• At least 3 years nursing experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and manage schedules.

Mansioni

• Directs plans and coordinates all aspects of nursing services within the site.
• Provide professional clinical leadership and manage nursing schedules.
• Monitor overtime, approve time off, and train new staff.
• Coordinate staff meetings and supervise assigned nursing staff.
