Village Heart & Vein in Lady Lake, Florida is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiology team. This outpatient role offers a Monday–Friday clinic schedule with no call, weekends, or major holidays, and features autonomy within a collaborative, physician‑led practice.

You will evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions, review tests and medications, and work closely with cardiologists to develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with active Florida license.
• Cardiology APP experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage cardiovascular patients.
• Provide routine follow-up visits for chronic conditions.
• Review EKGs, imaging, and laboratory results.
• Adjust cardiovascular medications and monitor responses.
• Collaborate with cardiologists on treatment plans.
• Coordinate testing, referrals and follow-up care.

Village Heart & Vein is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiology team in Lady Lake, Florida. Village Heart & Vein is a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA).

This fully outpatient role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists and established Advanced Practice Providers while caring for patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions. The position offers a Monday - Friday clinic schedule with no call, weekends, or major holidays, along with autonomy and support from a collaborative, physician-led team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation
• Provide routine follow-up visits and ongoing management of chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Review and interpret EKGs, cardiac testing, imaging, and laboratory results
• Manage cardiovascular medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment
• Collaborate with cardiologists to develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate testing, referrals, and follow-up care
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes to support heart health
