Spencer Britt is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Cardiology practice in Gardner, MA. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, emphasizing a collaborative cardiovascular team and comprehensive patient care.

The position focuses on patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and strong physician-APP partnerships within a supportive clinical environment in central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Preference for at least 1 year of experience in Cardiology or Family Medicine
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities
