Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations and medical histories.
• Collaborate with cardiologists for treatment plans.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular health.
