Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program (PA) with current NCCPA certification and MT/WY eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program with current NP certification and MT/WY eligibility.
• Licensed to practice as a PA or NP in Montana or Wyoming per regulatory boards.
• Active MT/WY license(s) as required for the role.
• Experience in cardiology is a plus, but not required for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate with supervising physician.
• Perform therapeutic procedures within licensure scope (injections, wound care, etc.).
• Develop and monitor patient care plans and document progress.
• Provide continuity of care under physician supervision.
