Job summary
LocumTenens.com is seeking a board-certified Cardiologist to support inpatient cardiovascular disease management at a Urbana, Illinois facility. The clinician will cover day shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with no call obligations and occasional in-house rounding on weekends as required, with EPIC EMR documentation throughout the assignment.
The assignment is locum tenens starting in October and continuing ongoing.
Qualifications
- Board certification in cardiology is required.
- Experience with inpatient cardiovascular disease management.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
- Day shift with no call obligations.
Responsibilities
- Manages inpatient cardiovascular care for assigned patients (12-15 per day as per assignment).
- Provide daily rounds and consultations Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
