Private practice Non-Invasive cardiology openings in Western Massachusetts- Non-invasive - $500K guarantee first year

Key Highlights:

  • First year guaranteed floor compensation of $450,000 with no production component in year one as you build the practice. Long-term earnings potential and compensation structure will be discussed directly with the group.
  • Group is offering a first-year recruitment bonus of $50,000 with 25K paid at signing and 25K at the end of the first year of employment.
  • Outstanding 401K (funded 100% by the group) and separate Profit-sharing plan starting in year 2. Most providers elect for the IRS allowable maximum funding.
  • Practice call frequency is 3 times per month including 6-7 weekends per year. Covering 2 local hospitals (physician and APP backup coverage).

About the group:

  • Physician owned private practice Single specialty Cardiology group is seeking Non-Invasive physicians to join their group.
  • Openings are available immediately or for 2025 start date. Group is growing and doing some succession planning.
  • Very stable group that was opened in 1971.
  • Partnership after 2 years, allowing physicians to partake in group compensation model and get 4 extra days of vacation.
  • Group has 12 physicians and 12 APPs and 125 employees. 2 offices only 4 blocks apart, attached to local hospitals for convenience.
  • Full-service cardiology practice with 30,000 active patients and growing.
  • Group has full suite of cardiac testing available, including Stress Testing, Cardiac Monitoring, Nuclear, Echocardiography, and Vascular Testing services. Testing suite is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-5:00pm.
  • Group is starting programs for Cardiac PET and mitral clips and is already doing EP cardiology and TAVR services. Huge demand in the community for additional EP cardiology services.
  • Competitive base salary and PTO with full benefits and negotiable relocation package.
  • J-1 visa sponsorship available with MA Conrad 30 program.

  • Located in Western Massachusetts metro area with a city population of 153,000. Service area of 400,000+.
  • 90 minutes from Boston, MA and less than an hour to Worcester, MA. 2.5 hours to New York City. Local airport only 30 miles away in Hartford, CT. Local Amtrak available.
  • 5 colleges/universities in the local region, referred to as the Five College Area.
  • Excellent public education system or choice of several world-class private schools.
