Job description

Cardiologist Position Overview

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible non-invasive (non-interventional) cardiologist to join our established Cardiology Division.

Responsibilities

1. Manage outpatient and inpatient consultations.
2. Conduct extensive outpatient testing, including 3-D echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, cardiac CT, and Holter monitoring.
3. Participate in hospital consults on a weekly rotating basis, interpreting EKGs, Holter monitors, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests.
4. Inpatient duties involve managing consults from hospitalists and treating patients with CHF, dysrhythmias, acute myocardial infarctions, and other acute cardiac conditions.

Team and Support

Work alongside four cardiac nurse practitioners or PAs in the hospital setting.

Location and Compensation

This position is located in a beautiful area surrounded by bodies of water, just 20 minutes from Providence, an hour from Boston, and 30 minutes from Cape Cod.
